A multi storey residence in a dense urban setting allows stacking of multiple program requirements by client for varied occupancy while maintaining a singular urban outlook. The crown of the facade has minimal openings on second floor, which provides a large surface area for red sandstone elevation adding to its rich textural quality of the facade.
